Hey everybody. It has been a fine day. I woke up this morning to a blue sky with wispy and puffy clouds in it. No rain clouds!! Yay!! The birds were singing and the temp was just right. Ah!! It was heaven for me especially since all of my family was still asleep and I got to have my alone time with my coffee, cigs, and computer. Don't forget the music. That is the first order of business. Have talked to several friends today and made some new ones as well. Went to the sprang with Jim and the baby to get me some water. It's the only kind I will drink. Took a little ride through town while we were out. It has been a glorious day. I am still a little physically sick, but my emotional being has totally blown it off. Have you all had a good day?

My day was pretty good as well. Got alot done today. Feel pretty good emotionally too.

Thanks Kev. Yes they are so lifting!! I love it. I am loving life right now for the most part with a small bump in the road sometimes, but nothing I haven't been able to steer around or deal with and go through. You are brill my friend. You have such an aura about you that sets me at ease. Thanks for being you!!

Glad to hear you've had a good day Zany :)

I had a bit of "retail therapy" this morning, nothing over the top lol

Took the dog for a walk, discovered she's on heat halfway through the walk (don't ask)

Busy cooking the family nachos for dinner and then..

Off to gym for my Body Pump class (I feel the huffing and puffing already!)

PS: I take an asthma pump to gym classes - don't really think I'm asthmatic - it's the bloody cigarettes!

Being from Alabama I'm hearin you girl on the blue skies not rain kind of days. So glad to see the sun again!

Glad to hear you had a good day with your family. Wished I could have said the same. Looked outside to see the beautiful day from the window and stayed in my bed clothes all day in bed with the tv. sucks, got to go to the pdoc in the morning but hear the cold front is coming in but atleast I will be out of the house.
