I don't feel that euphoric happiness rather I feel down
while I can't really function well right now, every thing needs cleaned and I have a boat load of responsibilities backing up yet I can't seem to focus on them long enough to accomplish anything.
Yet in between sleeping all day, I've been mad creative. I've been bouncing back and forth between making 3D objects for the sims 2 game and dreaming big about how I will make a movie I've been planning on making for over a year now and practicing violin and drawing manga.
this is the most I've got accomplished when feeling creative like this in a long while.
On the other hand I can't stop eating thanks to the abilify. My pdoc upped my concerta but I went back to the low dose today because the higher dose wasn't working.
I did get two rooms cleaned to day but I lost energy for cleaning after about two hours and now I'm back to playing again.
I also I keep spending on ebay. My kid's money is almost gone yet I just keep finding reasons to buy things.

I know that mania doesn't always accompany euphoria but I know something is off. I haven't been this way in over a year.
I swear that CVS gives you old medications that are too outdated and don't work. I know the stronger dose wasn't working at all because I never eat like that on concerta. And now funny how the low dose is working again.
But I don't think that is the cause of the mixed episode. I think it's hormone related. I get irregular cycles and they always throw a wrench in the works. But I haven't been this into my hobbies in a long long time. I like enjoying them but I don't like a dirty house or chores and other random responsibilities backing up on me.
Any how thank you for telling me I am never sure if it's in my head or in my head.
