i notice when i over-exert myself to save money, it leads to
--> sharp increase in fibro pain
--> induce mania
is this mania something i can just get grit my teeth and get through (like o what is a mania session if i can save $40) i am disabled and i am in constant mixed state, mania episodes usually last around 6 hours
or is this inducing/letting mania sessions happen bad for me in the long run? (aka the more episodes you have the more you will have in the future)
