Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
On the physical thing- either way you win.
If it is real- then you are vindicated and your family will have to listen to you.
If it is in your head- then you are physically healthy and that's a HUGE plus.
Try to stay calm until you find out the results from the tests. There's nothing that can be done until then. ((((hugs)))) I hate waiting for test results- it's the worst.
I think you did the right thing to get some tests done. It's better to *know* than to worry.
When do you hear back about the test results?
I don't think it's all in your head,I think you need to seriously talk with your pdoc.
Oh,and darker urine is also a side effect of some meds..something you should mention to your pdoc, because that can indicate kidney problems
