Irritable BEYOND belief

I am feeling very irritable and angry about EVERYTHING tonight.  I still don't feel quite right physically. I have a low grade fever still today. I am just feeling very irritable about the way my dr treated me. To have someone come in as sick as I felt and start ambushing me just truly pisses me off. This morning I coughed up blood when I first woke up. I didn't even BOTHER to try and get in touch with her.  What for???  I already KNOW that I am MORBIDLY obese. I was supposed to have her help e with my psychiatric meds, as well.  She has done NOTHING in that area. She was supposed to. Get me hooked up with physical therapy for my knee OVER A MONTH AGO. I am SICK OF ALL DOCTORS.  they can kiss my BIG MORBIDLY OBESE A**. Do I sound angry?   You should hear me in person right now :/

I so wish you had a kind and compassionate doctor who would treat your needs. That is crazy she isn't helping with your psych meds or your knee on top of you being sick!!! I would be irritable and angry too! I hhope things get better for you and you get over this sickness. Maybe you need a new doc....HUGS

Sorry your having such a hard time. It sounds like it might be time for a new GP. You don't seem to care for her or think that she cares for your health. Maybe there's a better Dr. out there for you that can help you with the PT, weight, nutrition and such. As for your psych meds, you really should see a Psychiatrist for those. GP's have trouble scripting proper anxiety or depression meds, because they have no training in Psychiatric matters....to expect one to correctly give you a BiPolar Cocktail is really going to end up being a frustrating deal for you....they just are not trained to do that. I hope that you can get with the right Dr.'s to help you get all these things taken care of and treatments going.

a very long time ago, my step-father told me something about anger. Positive: motivator to change. Negative: when your mind is so focused on anger towards another, you are giving your control to that person. You are also loosing your peace of mind to someone who doesn't feel/know about your anger. Older is right...gp-general practice can make referrals for weight, nutrition etc. Coughing up blood, I'd go directly to emergency room. You can ask for help. Most hospitals have the ability to refer you directly. They usually have a dietitian, and PT, PsyDr, for meds, Therapist. If you ask to speak with a social worker he/she can support you.     I've been on high dose prednisone for pneumonia, and now I am slowly weaning. But lots of symptoms I don't like having, plus overeating has put at least 10 lbs on me. The food is "loud" as the GLP-1 users refer to it.Also pressured speech. Which comes out in my posts. Sorry I posted so much. I just need an outlet for my agitated and irritable brain. Just scroll on by my posts, if they are too...

    Has anyone heard from Jenn, she had an adult son with aspergers, Eric, they lived a long time with her grandmother, then they moved into an apartment. She had a funny little picture if I recall of a short dark haird woman as part of her name in a red dress.There are so many people who have dropped away from this room...I wonder where they are, and miss them.
