I am so irritable. I don't know if it's bc I haven't taken an Ativan today until 930 I did. Or maybe it's seeing the woman who has my kid and wanting to punch her in the face or maybe it's that my son didn't even acknowledge me or maybe it's because my bf doesn't back me up when I tell my son to do something. Maybe it's a combo of all that that pisses me off. I am so irritable right now. I want to scream.

hi brave, if you know you need to help yourself, think of one change you can make today to bring some peace into your life. If you are having challenges with things building up, just focus on one thing until it is completed. Not much, so as to not set yourself up, rather to accomplish tasks and feel better about yourself.

I often experience days where I am so irritable I can hardly stand myself. It is really hard to manage. I hate you are feeling that way and that you are having trouble with your son. I agree with ML that you need to try to pick one thing at a time and try to make some changes. You have to take baby steps especially when trying to regain stability on your own. I hope you can resolve so of these issues that are making things so hard and have some peaceful times for a change. You deserve it!

Happy start-of-the-week!!!! I have work in a couple hours. Rocket is being a stinker over here refusing to finish his breakfast which is most unusual. I will give him a few millk bones before I have to leave for work and some kibble in his bowl. What is something you are looking forward to? For me, I am look forward to seeing my therapist tomorrow and my prayer meeting is on tuesday
