Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

SunCloudJD - You are right too regarding situations being a 'mixed state.' Lol. When are my moods not a mixed up thing? (More of a rhetorical question for me) I ask because often my anxiety gets the better of me when I am unclear about about why I feel a certain way. Accepting my emotions for what they are instead of pushing them away or stuffing them into my denial sack does help.
Prettyinink4 - Maybe you just had a bad day. I mean, I have those and well...they deepen my understanding and remind me to sit still, be patient or chill. That's the learning curve for me-being ok with having love, acceptance and connection come from within, not without. I am constantly searching for those things. To answer your question about how I feel after I'm angry, I feel drained but with some relief. Asking questions about something when it first comes up as confusing helps head off the anger monster. Ha. Ok. Enough rambling.
Thanks for reading and replying everyone. You guys rock!
