Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I would have to say pretty regularly. I am a school counselor for students that are academically challenged and it is on going. Sometimes my words go in one ear and out the other and others there is not a darn word I can say to help. It will even bring a tear to my eye sometimes and others I could get so frustrated I could just give each kid a swift kick in the rear!!! I think you can reach the ones that want it and others you just have to let go. I do have to say it is a challenge. I have some pretty rough kids with some really horrid backgrounds. My heart is in it and at times I get my hopes up only to have it come crashing down so I have learned to take a step back and help the ones I can.
depressive=introvert
manic=extrovert
I guess maybe the load is getting lighter because this is the first time I've posted today, I've been lurking!
