Many...sometimes the pain expressed here,is way more than I know what to do with.

Or the meaness some peoples families show to them...those are the ones that really get to me.

Not very often Chugger. I seem to suffer from permenant verbal diarhea. Occasionally, if I am upset or feel I have nothing to contribute. But usually I have some input I like to get across. Too old you see, been there, done that mostly.

most of us go through times like what you're describing. you give a lot of people some really great advice, and it's okay to have a day when you're feeling more introverted. you're very hard on yourself.

I go in spurts!!!! But I'm in 'open and chatty' mode a lot more often than I am in 'I just can't bear it right now' mode!!!!!

I think it's good to take a speak break sometimes. I try to think of it like this; sometimes you need to slow down to let the silt settle to the bottom so you can see again.

Usually I am that way in an unfamiliar environment. Once I get to know people, I usually open up.

The older I get, the more I learn, ever so slowly, there are good times to keep my damn mouth shut. And sometimes, I succeed!! LOL!!

Most of the time but stupidly I do add my two cents and sound like an idiot usually.

It all depends on the company I keep. I have one acquaintance who accuses me of never speaking or adding anything to the conversation!! That's a switch!!! My family would think he was talking about someone else, surely!! The older I get the more discriminating it seems. But, I do spill it in writing! Probably because I have more control...or so I think!!

Lots of days on here I don't feel like my words will be of any use to anyone so I just sit back and listen and perhaps learn.

Sometimes I want to say something but wonder "Is not using the correct creative words that a intelligent beeper would use? Sometimes my thoughts are "out there" and sometimes very grounded and boring. Sometimes just fun to sit back and watch. At times it makes me feel very sane!! lol

I'm like JavaFirst....I usually just read because I'm introverted and feel useless and dumb, but sometimes I can't help myself if I'm feeling kinda chatty or a little hypomanic - I'll add a post.

I tend to zero in on the underdog and do the one-on-one thing, but I do have a pattern in real life...

If I am somewhere where people are bored and don't know what to say, I start and get the ball rolling...then once the ice is broken, I sit back and let Them have fun.

...but that really isn't what you were asking. We all just need to recharge; this is an overwhelming website, in general. Especially for us emotional wrecks.... =)
