I started out, years ago, with just depression. Then, the mania started, & I'm bipolar I. Today, I noticed I started out feeling good, became irritable, then depressed, then manic. Usually, I've stayed fairly stable during a day, week or whatever. May go through a depression, then it will lift, & I'll be "normal". Later, I may become manic for a week or so. There have been some stressers in my life in the last little while, & I'm wondering, is this just change of moods situational, or can a person switch from plain Bipolar I to a rapid cycler?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
