I am also experiencing what Miss sunshine is. I come home from my temp job and I hide. On the weekends, I hide for like the whole weekend. It is all I can do to make it through the workday.

There are those of us who get their batteries recharged from being around others and those who get depleted.

I'm sorry you're both going through this right now. I hide, for the most part, go to my appointments, make sure I see my case manager, my therapist, my pdoc & other doctors. I really like what MayB said: save your energy and find a better way than from those energy suckers! I don't know how to break the cycle, but I'm learning.

Hey TC I know how much safer it can feel in your own house believe me. But you have to find a way to get out and see the beauty the world has to offer. I hope you are able to find a better place hugs to you.

I'm in hiding at the moment. Life is too overwhelming right now and everything is a chore. I told my husband to just think of me as being in the Phosp and leave me alone. He keeps suggesting things for us to do. No way. I don't want to do anything and I don't want to go anywhere. I'm debating about living in my bed for awhile. Life is just too loud.
