So since the end of july i have added some meds and taken away some meds from my daily regimen.
I stopped taking latuda cuz it made me tired all day long and want to do nothing but sleep and when ever i took it it made me nauseous.
So im up to 300mg of seroquel now
Added lamictal back in 100 mg
Upped my prozac to 60mg from 40 mg for ocd
And on prazosin 1 mg for ptst and i have xanax 1 mg 3 x daily as needed
But my anxiety is through the roof. Everyday i wake up with tremmors throughout my whole body. My hands, legs, chest, mouth you name it its shaking. The drs my pcp and pdoc both said its pain and anxiety related.
Then with the depression, im having self harm thoughts and feeling like id be better off dead or that i just want to slip into a coma for a while and the bad thing is i know how to do that by mixing certain meds but i dare not because i know i have so much to live for.
I just cant keep going on this way.
Im on meds went through php im using my coping skills what more can i do!!!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

It's been some time since my last post...sorry. I've been going through a challenging time with the sale of my home, purchase of a condo and my adult asperger son that lives with me. I've had days where I couldn't get out of bed, days where I stayed in my pj's and days where all I managed to do was eat, drink fluids and take care of my Sweet Mia kitty. Sweet Mia came to me from a shelter about...

So a few months ago, I tried Remeron for sleep. Omg it is awesome. I was either on trazadone or nothing forever. Remeron doesn't make me tired the next day and now that I'm on the right dose I sleep long enough. It took me forever of explaining why I cannot take trazadone to finally be given a chance on something new. It didn't make me gain weight either like seroquel does.
As far as second opinions my primary care and ive seen 3 different pdocs on the last month because i was in php and the office i go to for my pdoc is a rotating office and they all have said the same.
When i was on latuda i was stable so i think its just getting to the right amount of seroquel hopefully.
The reason why im on so many meds is prozac is for my ocd, Seroquel is for my bipolar deoression, lamictal is fowr bipolar mood swings (o dont think i need to ne on that, and prazosin is for my ptsd. So they each play a part in my recovery. Before that i was on lamictal, prozac and latuda then got off lamictal when i was pregnant and the anti depressant and antipsychotic(latuda) did just fine. I may just have to go back on latuda and just deal with being tired all day
