So ever since I went to my doctor the middle of last month I have been in a depressed slump..slowly not horridly deep just tiring I can't put up with anything it negative at work which will suck when a resident passes so I hope OK get out of it soon...I'm starting to call in sick more often...not that I can afford it to miss any. I know if I explain to my ma she looks at it as lazy and half the time I wonder if it is me just being lazy...my fiance understands cuz he gets depression but I feel like I can't miss work because he missed work last month due to depression but I miss work and thankfully Danny gets it...I just want my content ness back..I feel like it takes effort at times to feel happy...other times I become happy and I feel a bit better honestly laugh but then it creeps back...I feel bad for my fiancee and my puppy.. Im being bitchy even to my puppy who I rarely am bitchy to..cuz he's a good pup...I don't no my real point I feel lazy but at the same time I feel like isn't that typical of what people think without mental illness about people with mental illness

There isn't anything wrong with slooooooowing down
I'm going through a similar down point right now - I left the house yesterday to see my T and ended up crying my eyes out in her office. I was beating myself up (not physically) and we talked about Thought Stopping and Changing Minds both things I learned in a DBT intensive outpatient program. Could any of these work for you?
I hope you're feeling better soon. ((((hugs))))
