So I've been taking DBT and it's been helping so much. But I'll be moving and nowhere around, even remotely close by offers it. 
I feel like the one thing that has been helping is being taken away. But I wrote a couple of poems about radical acceptance. 
Wanna read them? Ok, I don't care. I'm posting them.

The sun does not "rise" and "set"

You see the sun, the earth spins

The sun is still

It's the earth that moves.

I will see the sun when it is time to see it

I can not force the earth to spin faster

Or to slow it down

I will sleep when I sleep

I will see the sun when I see the sun
