As an Emergency Medical Technician, I also beg you to call 9-1-1 or take yourself immediatly too an emergency room. It is obvious that what medication you areon is not helping (you ARE on meds right?)

If you are to scared to make the call, then call a neighbor, friend, realitive and ask them for help.

Don't take the quitters way out and use a permenant mistake to solve a temporary problem

We all have days like this and we have to ask or even yell for help.
