I know excatly what you mean,so many days I just want to curl up and cry..but it doesn't happen.
And most of the time, all I have is my dogs around me...I still have a hard time letting loose.
Maybe take a drive alone, put on some sad love songs..sing along..that aught to bring some tears
:)
I've just started a mood stabilizer, so I'm having some side effects, maybe that's the problem. Plus I just had the dose increased this evening.
Thanks DD and Sandra. xx
I often need to cry and can't. Usually, holding my dog and realizing that I have no one who cares about me... that makes me cry.
Sorry you feel like crying. hugs
It's completely healthy to cry, and I know I'd feel better if I did, so I would just like to release a little pent up whatever.
I think I'll lay down and maybe watch Beaches...or Titanic...those usually do the trick...hopefully they work.
Thank you all for your advice. xx
Tell me, what is it you want to cry about? anything particular?
and all the other suggestions you've got...Good idea proudmary...maybe if you have a topic we can work it out together, or maybe personal messages, or journal. Sharing helps and hearing common stories and support can bring on the tears too.
Blessing for releasing your sorrow.
