Holy shit, I think I've made that happen!! I've thought myself into being someone that I don't recognize anymore. I always thought I was over weight, and now I am, and can't stand myself for it. I've thought negatively, off and on all my life. It's all caught up now and with all the counseling in the world I don't think I'll ever be able to change it. My thoughts have turned into a realilty for me, in every aspect of me life, the thoughts are real now, they are concrete, I am my thoughts. I don't recognize who I see in the freaking mirror!!! I've thought myself right into a life that I don't really want and seriously do not feel is mine. I'm living the wrong life......

I left the house for a while....feeling a little better, not so angry and mixed up.
I called pdoc, increased the Abilify a bit. I just started on it 8 days ago, so I'm going thru adjustments here, please bear with me. Hugs back
