I hear you Bywena, it can be extremely frustrating and humbling. We may want more out of life but then we are reminded that we need to take care. Everyone, bp or not, has feelings and emotions and has to deal with them and manage them and then deal with life. For some reason our inner communication mechanism for this stuff isn’t always tuned in to mitigate the highs and lows and all of it. Keep on keeping on. By recognizing what you wrote about it’s a great awareness which you are starting to have! One step at a time..

I hear you as well sweetie.... The important things I do by rote.... I take meds the same way at the same time daily.... I really don't forget then

I am really forgetful... I wonder about it being med related my pdoc thinks it's anxiety so by rote works for me
