It just seems like the past year has been one really long ass bad day, with an occasional ok moment. Struck w/ grief, depression and anxiety for no reason whatsoever.

I was there for 11 months and livve in fear it will return. I am sooo sorry you feel poorly. The only thing that I did for myself was to walk, maybe you could walk around your block?

Oh, I am like AuntFeather and Pulpit, with you on the long year thing. I am usually a rapid cycler and all of a sudden I went into the longest depressive mood of my life. I didn't think it would end and like AuntFeather I am so afraid of it happening again. So, I know and understand where you are coming from. I am so sorry you are struggling. I will say a prayer for you. Do your best hun, that is all we can do.

This should cheer you up, my kids were left unsupervised for 10 minutes this morning, and they got into the kitchen, then they got into the massive box of coco pops, and then they poured the massive box of coco pops all over my living room, right now I'm wading through a sea of crunch chocolaty goodness!
