Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Muffin's idea of 100 calorie packs is a good idea. My problem is I'd probably eat them all in one day. Oh, well. I'll keep trying.
Good luck to you on your eating. I'm at the stage now where I'm not eating and of course, the meds won't work. What a drag.

If I get to craving sweets or salty things for reasons other than hunger, I throw back about 3 oz. juice -- lemon, lime or pickle. It does a pretty good job of jolting me back to normalcy.
Also, I allow myself to eat whatever I want...usually 80% of the time I eat healthy foods like veggies, fruit, almond milk, and some carbs and the rest of the time I eat "junk" type of food. If you eat what you love in moderation, it tends to work out I think.
