Go for a walk or do jumping jacks till you drop or do something to get the fight or flight chemicals out of your system. I don't know how you work, but my quickest way into a terrible depression is anger. It screws up my body chemistry. Sweat those toxins out of your system.
usually if something/somebody has mad me angry, i have to confront them about it, not aggressively, but i don't like things unresolved, and i think with open honest dialouge, pretty much anything can be sorted out.

But for now, forgive that person and yourself. I used to have terrible problems with anger. And, and hour of rage is a 100% guarantee that I'll spend a week or more in a serious depression; brain chemistry.
Forgive yourself and them, let it go. Breathe, take care of yourself. The anger, in the end, hurts us the most!

I guess hormones did it for me, once I had the babies I turned into a giant wimp. I still get angry like I did from time to time but my ruggies are always with me so I just hold it in then scream into a pillow at home.
I get pent up anger out by listening to hardcore music and running my ass off( or spinning)
