Hey guys,
I'm not feeling very good at the moment and I just wanted to reach out I guess. I'm feeling really down tonight, lonely and scared. My Mum is just downstairs but I don't know why, I just can't go down and talk at the moment. I'm just sitting in the dark in my room on DS.
I don't really know what else to say...I just wanted some support I guess.

Thank you everyone.

I know it might sound silly but it does help when you have people who understand what your going through.

I've just finished my journal entry for today so I'm going to try and get some sleep. Hopefully my medication will kick in soon (it's a sedative - Mirtazapine/Zispin/Remeron)
