Yes, we are stronger than we think. It's easy to think we are weak when we don't feel good or not coping on a higher level as some others do.

I used to fight to be so strong that I became weak. Even when people told me how strong I was I didn't believe them. All I wanted was to be healthy, happy and strong all the time. But no one is ever all those things all the time.

All people who judge will have their times. They think they know all the answers. Truth is no one has all the answers. No human that is. If we did have all the answers, we sure as hell would not be here.

Just because you take meds doesn't make you weak. It makes you strong and courageous enough to admit that you need help.
