This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
just know you are not alone with these thoughts x
they'd probably put my head
in a guillotine.
Does anyone else do this? BTW, I don't go around saying it out loud ;)
"a thought is just a thought"
It's just a thought and the brain produces millions of them we aren't in control of all of that. Just say A thought is just a thought when an uncomfortable one goes through your head. Let it run past you like a train on the tracks let it go on past and don't jump on.
Yeah, rainne, I do the quiet diagnosing, too. I was shunned and I've dx'd many of them with bp, ocd, and depression. Am I right? I was about one of them at least. I'll probably never know about the others nor do I really care to investigate.
My mom has no compassion for other people she is totally self centered & gets stressed over everything...I mean really , the appearence on MY house stresses her out??? she doesnt even live here...
& I also do the silent diagnosis thing...it adds entertainment to my day
There is still stuff my husband doesnt know about from when I was a teen & I had one of my manic episodes...especially the hypersexuality.
