After weeks and weeks of tweaking, my pdoc has finally arrived at the right med cocktail for me. She was going to put me on Abilify in place of Risperdal, gradually weaning me off the latter, but we discovered that using both has worked out great and we're not gonna mess with it. Also,I was having trouble falling asleep at night, then I would sleep late the next morning and wake up feeling like crap. It was so bad that about a week ago, I just got so frustrated and cried and cried. But my PCP put me on Melatonin for sleep,and it works great. So good to wake up in the morning alert and happy to greet a new day. Woooohoooo!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
I'm so glad that you have found a medicine combo which works for you. I know that finding the right combination can be a lengthy and complicated process, as meds as you may know work differently for everyone.
