I can't put my finger on it. But there is something very wrong with me. I want to lash out, I want to scream, punch, kick, break things. I want to throw things and hurt myself. I want to get the hell out of here, but I don't want to leave.

What can you possibly say to that? I feel guilty for even asking for help. But I don't know what the hell to do.

Seems like you overwhelmed and want to escape it yet you don't want to leave the comforts of home. Been there, go outside and scream throw a pillow at the bed get some of your agression out you just might feel a little better.

I liked throwing the phone but ended up buying new ones.Then I tried coffee cups against the wall that helped.

I would like to have some old plates ,that would be real nice .CRASH!

Juast find a way to let it out thats not realy bad.

There was one night when Noah was like 2 months old and I was SO frustrated and alone. So I screamed as loud as I could...Scared the hell out of Noah, but I felt better.

You've been doing BP long enough to know these are not good signs.
I agree ,talk with your Pdoc and try and get a handle on things before they escalate out of control
