I'm Freaking Out.

I did something stupid and cut myself yesterday. I had to get some stitches. When they did my bloodwork at the hospital I found out that I'm pre-diabetic. I don't want to cut again...I'm not worried about that.

I'm freaking out. I don't know what to do. I don't know where to go. I want to talk to people, but I don't want to talk to anyone. I have my kids and I don't know what to do with them.

Please help.

I'm on an antipsychotic, too, and I know its messing with my bloodwork....ugh....not fun! I've modified my diet, upped my exercise....and take my supplements. Just take care of yourself and you can avoid any problems in the future. I know it sucks, but nobody wants to deal with this crap! I know if I didn't have to be on an antipsychotic, I wouldn't, but nothing else works as well. Sigh.

I'm following the diet regmen, so far...I'm scared to death about the 'pre-diabetes' thing. I want to exercise I just can't muster up the motivation to do it. I want to take long walks, but my kids just aren't up for that. it's rough with the kids.

I can't do too much though b/c I don't want to pop the stitches either. Hopefully I'll get my head on straight and i can beat this.

When people say things like, "I'm heavy.", I go look at profiles, and honey, you musta cut the, "heavy" pictures outta your profile, 'cuz you look great to me.

I was told I was borderline diabetic when I was 8 years old. I really should check into it again. I've never been dx'd full blown, though.
