Sorry it's been so long...new year new start with my journals. I posted a while ago and had no comments but then I realised all the people who are on my friends list probably didn't realise I was back. Anyway I just thought I'd let everyone know that I'm back and will start my journals again. It's now part of my therapy to write them everyday so hopefully it should make it easier to write them.
I'm not doing too well at the moment. At the weekend I thought I was going to end up in hospital again, I'm very lucky that I live will my Mum so she was able to watch over me.
My meds have all changed and the Lamotrigine has been upped to 150mg now. Still waiting to be stable. I managed to go about a month being 'stable' but this is what always seems to happen. I stabilize and then suddenly crash. My pdoc now thinks that my BPD may be playing more a part of it that he first thought. So it looks like I will have to settle for the best I can get.
I hope everyone else is doing OK and anyone who's not I hope you get a better period soon.

I think my meds are starting to kick in...the side effects anyway. I'm pretty strong when it comes to side effects. I've hardly had any but today I'm feeling a bit...woozy. Probably down to the second increase.
On a good note Lamotrigine doesn't put weight on and I've managed to lose 2lbs this week. My healthy diet for the new year must be working :)
Feeling a bit more positive today, even if a bit spaced out.
