I do the same thing you do Chuggs, and it helps keep the stable periods more stable. I have a few friends on DS for whom I always message that need me right now, and I come here for them. I love helping!

I like this post because I feel the same way, I love making people feel better, and I think it's true of all of us to some extent. i think we know what it's like to hurt and don't want other ppl to feel that way. I studied to be a councelor but never finished. I wanted to be someone like my therapist like my therapist. She is very kind and supportive.

you may not be qualified in the way of papper work, But i bet you have laods more personal exprience theough.
