...that over half of us have a gambling addiction. Not really severe but can't always resist the temptation to get just one ticket, (or two or three)
I will admit I fight with it daily, not always a lottery ticket or the casino but sometimes in my mind I am saying "Hmmm I will bet that ____ does ____!" like everything in life is a gamble.
Now is that just the OCD or something else?

Other than that, I have never been to a casino or gambled. I figured out after teen years that I have addictive personality sometimes, well most of the time, and to just stay away from stuff that others sometimes get addicted to.
I mean, I get serious about playing Spades or Gin Rummy with my mom! I bet I'd get so lost if I were actually gambling on it.
About OCD, I wonder? I thought OCD was trying to control everything so that you avoid anxiety. Gambling would seem to risky to me. But I really don't know. Just some ideas.
