I was told years ago in a group be careful if you have sleep apnea and get on a cpap machine because you can go manic.

What a mess! I'm happy, full of energy, plenty of goodwill. Then Crash!
Full of hate, despair, suicidal ideation and crying.
Now just regret for even going there.
I am listening to my favorite audio book and feeling content. Along with a Corona.
My poor husband. He gets up in 4 hours and he might get 4 hours : (
I left the bedroom a half hour ago and of course I ordered 3 dvds and a book before I started to think about this site to vent. Oh well, I wanted those things anyway : |
I am going to get through this but I have some heavy duty journaling to get to tomorrow.
God help me and my husband, I am a bipolar light and am not use to going back to my days when I was on meds. My meds currently have been perfect. But the ones from the pdoc were killing me literally.
I am going to be alright, just freaked out on life when it jumps out at me and says boo!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
If you post this under the general bipolar category a lot more people will see it...x
