Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. Last year I resolved not to stress myself and make any resolutions I could not keep. Set my goals low and rejoice when I achieve them.
My first and biggest resolution was not to make any resolutions... It worked and I didn't miss any of the following.
My second resolution was to look for true love everyday... and I am still looking.
My third resolution was to find a companion that would love me unconditionally, allow me to provide for them and care for them and cherish them each and every day. And still love me without question even when I didn't do the above and forgive me every time.... My dog has not let me down and rests on my lap.
My final goal was to live as long as I could. in less than four days i will have survived at least a year since making my resolution. And if I don't make it that long I at least met my goal.
So much for resolutions no one keeps... make choices that lead to success and resolve to be successful

bein my world was turned upside down this yr i cant say i had any resolutions but i did reach my goal of gettin back ta work and ur absolutely correct. small goals not a years worth :)
