Oh, my, you've got my full sympathy. That's how I always swing in to my depressions. A lovely hypo day of high productivity that suddenly, the floor drops out. Xanax will help. Sunshine might help. I am so sorry you are cycling like this Hanna. I struggle with rapid cycling sometimes and it very frustrating. I, too, think some meds are in order. There is no need to suffer if you dont have to. Try to relax maybe with a hot bath and a good book if you can focus. Sometimes I like to exercise/walk when I get this way. It is very difficult for me to be around people when I am like this. is a purple ribbon the colour for bp? Hanna ... I feel for ya. I always sneak a peek at my doctor's notes surreptisiously (sp?) before I scoot out. Whenever I'm like that he says for me to take some of the wee tiny orange pills, and take a bath, and scribbles down "severe mixed" or sometimes "moderate mixed" if that helps any for someone who can interpret.

I've cried myself to sleep too many nights this week. I just get emotional. I was paniced and terrified last night. Now i'm mellow and tearful.

I called my friend this morning and she had me crying happy tears and sad tears and i'm-a-dufus-let's-laugh-at-me tears all in the span of 30 mins.

and i've been sick. No fun, but whatever. When i'm sick it's an excuse to lie around and not do things I haven't been preparing for because of how sick i've been with my issues.

my hands are even weak. I can't hold on to anything. I had trouble handsewing.
