my husband is a lazy old grouch! I'm tired of his bullshit! I don't enjoy living anymore because of the way him and my son treat me. They treat me like a slave. He walks in the house after work, plops down on the couch and orders me around. He has me waiting on him hand and foot. He yells and screams about almost everything. He always adds more jobs to my already long list of things I do. I would of left a long time ago but I have no place to go and no body wants to give me a good paying job. I just get ssdi which in not nearly enough to live on. I going to look into other options. I beg God all the time to let me die. I can't relax anymore. I have nightmares all the time. I'm always having to do something. nobody will change for me. death is probably my only option now.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Don't ask God to let you die!!! Ask Him to show you the way to a happy life!!!! Either way should be just as easy for Him to do!!!!
It really seems like there should be some solutions for a lot of your problems!!!! Keep looking for them!!!!! It's horrible to see you living this way!!! It shouldn't have to be!!!! (((((Hugs)))))
If nothing is available. Decide what your jobs will be around the house and do only those. Just polite say you wont aadd anything more to your load and dont toalk back to him when he yells and dont argue with him. If he threaaten s to hit you or does hit you call 911. He will be taken to jail and other services can be kicked in to help you.
If all else fails try couple counseling. Also find new ways to cope with it. If it were me I would simply not listen to him or serve him a thing. If he started bitching at me I would leave and go some where for a while. Eventually when he realizes you wont tolerate it any more he might change if not well go from there.
" I'm always having to do something. nobody will change for me.'
You are exactly right, nobody will change for you. You have to change how you react to them. If this is NOT a physical abuse -- ignore the hell out of them. Evidently, your son is picking up on dad's behavior.
Put a book in front of your face, and tell them nobody is allowed to speak to you.
Watch a movie that you just can't look up from. If they talk, hold your hand up for silence. Or better, say, SHHHHH!!!!
Don't do the jobs. Let them come home to a dirty house, dirty laundry, and no supper a few times. Make yourself a sandwich.
Start doing some research on assertiveness training. Then practice. You are not a slave!!!! I don't know how old your son is, but I might just slap his mouth, if he is doing the same thing.
Having said all that, if this a case of physical abuse -- GET OUT!! Whatever you have to do.
Death might be an option now, but be sure to ask him if his life insurance is paid up.
This is not a way to live. Start going out with friends, or alone. Go shopping, to the library, out to lunch, visit family. I promise they won't find someone else that will do what you are doing.
I am praying for you. For strength to stand up for yourself, and for the belief that you deserve to be treated with respect.
There must be a way, some way you can turn things around. All the best.
Its up to you to change yourself and stop responding to their orders and negativity.
Tell them that all the work you do stops right now unless they start being polite and respectful. Then follow through.
Unless they will up the ante and turn to violence.
Start working towards getting your own place. Save money. Look into escaping eventually and step by step work towards it.
Good luck!!
I have always helped with my housework and am doing most of all of it right now that I am on disability. My wife doesn't treat me like a slave nor will I listen to some punk ass kid. Nor will I let my son treat his mother like a peasant.
