I had a bad dream about one of my ex's.
The dream is as follows:
Him: How did you know where I was burried?
Me: You told me.
Him: Well I might have still been alive if you went and got help.
No one ever seems to look out for Ron when he dies in a hunting accident....And no one ever listens to my songs about death and dying.
Me: I'm sorry.
Him: Will you listen to one of my songs now?
Me: No I'm scared. I gotta go.....
Him: you're making this demon a little angry.
Me: I'm sorry....it's just that I scare easy and I have manic depression....
Him: MANIC DEPRESSION! Evil laugh....
ME: What's so wrong about manic depression?
I wake up with a raging headache and I can't sleep.
Do you think I should tell my ex about my bad dream?
What does this bad dream mean?

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

I would interpret it as follows;
at the time when you were together you didnt know you have BP. Because at the time you didnt know you had it (or else didnt have it under control) you were very very self centered and didnt give him the attention and commitment that you should have. And finally the last part is something to do with you feel if you toild him now your BP that he'd shrugg it off and say hrrmmmmpppphhhh to BP. Its like you know now that BP caused you so much harm and affected your life in a very bad way but at the same time somewhere inside yourself you wont allow yourself to believe this. In your dream this was manifested as your ex laughing at BP. It could also mean that you still have feelings for him somewhere and you know he would never accepted BP as a real illness (or at least you think he wouldnt)
But what do I know. Im just one of those crazy people.
Now, it might be your ex or not. Did it really seem like your ex? If not it might be an aspect of them that is in you. For example if when you think about them you always think about their anger, it could be about your own anger.
Hope that is clearish.
And should you tell them, I would say no.
