I am so angry and frustrated....gggrrr! My pd left a month ago and it may be a long wait to see a new one and because I am on a cocktail of meds I do not see this as a good thing for my mental health. I have been having many emotions last couple of weeks and I am concerned I will spiral downwards again. All I want is for to be able to talk with a pd for a few mins, let him know what's going on and get some advice, my family doc is of no help, he said it is the circumstances in my life that are bringing out these horrible emotions not the meds.....grrrr! He may be right but fact is something has triggered these emotions and I need them dealt with imm. So I ran around all morning poking my head in every office I could think of, the only thing I got was the councellor will call and see if he can get me in for an emergency visit with a pd. If this doesn't work I'm quitting all this running around, I just don't have the energy.
