Just start cleaning and you will feel better..:).

don't panic that's what i do and then I can't think!
maybe a short rest might be good just 40 minutes lying down before you start
then decide what are the most important things do them first
i.e clean the kitchen , then front room and hallway n so on im very good at giving advice but don't find the energy myself half of the time
have a few cup's of coffee to give you a bit of energy
i hope you get it done and all's fine on monday
Also I love coffee but I'm afraid I can't drink it. I feel so sick I have to be real careful about what I eat and drink now. Carbonated beverages are the best on my stomach. I know I'm such a baby but if anything on my body hurts I can't think of anything else. I'm a slave to what ever my body tells me. If I"m tired I sleep, hungry I eat, pain I barely move.
Maybe you are like me and don't even think to take these things while hurting??
be patient w/ youself. if you are hurting and can't move, then don't.
I have a hubby who is like you. He thinks he has a super high tolerance for pain, but really he is a big baby when it comes to any sort of pain. It can get very hard to live with, but I have to roll w/ it. That's just the way he is.
Sorry you have hurt yourself. I agree with the others about painkillers. Ibuprofen is good and gentler on the stomach than paracetamol or aspirin. Or get anti-inflammatories from t the doctor.
With the cleaning, can you focus on the major things rather than having everything spick and span?
Like tidy and clean floors, especially in front of the main door to make a good impression. Pick up everything loose and shove it under the bed or in a cupboard or a big box or garbage bag so its hidden. If you have clean floors, kitchen sink, bath and toilet that should be enough.
Citric acid is good for cleaning toilets, you should be able to get it from the supermarket. You just sprinkle a few tablespoons in the toilet and leave it overnight and flush, the acid dissolves a lot of the grime.
If you can't wash the whole floors, just spot wash the dirty bits round the edges and any spills. If you have carpets you cannot vaccum cos it hurts too much, pick up any major bits and pieces of fluff etc.
Don't worry about inside cupboards and dusting shelves and windowsills etc they are minor points.
Be full of apologies when they inspect and tell them all about your painful back. Maybe have a big list of all the chores in the house and tick off the ones you manage to do by the time the inspection gets here so they can see you are organised and well aware of what needs to be done to take care of a place, you have just been halted by your injury. Show them you have oven cleaner, you just haven't had time to use it. Show them your mops and brooms and dustpans and cleaning cloths and buckets and cleaning products. Make a big fuss of how you love living in a tidy house and how upset you are that your back is hurting too much to clean and you have no friends or family to help you and you cannot afford to pay for a cleaner.
Sure they might have heard it all before but I can't think of anything else.
Its horrible to be so hurt in your back you have trouble going to the toilet. I hear you, I have been there.
Sorry I have no experience with Lamictal. Its something I would like to try but it is not subsidised where I live and I cannot afford full price.
Good luck!
