why is it that every time i have sex i feel like shit afterwards it gets so bad that i think about suicide i need to figure this out does anyone else feel this way?

I know that sex without love makes me depressed. on top of that, if you are already feeling a bit down then you get really down and out.

im in a depressive phase right now and this just made it 50x worse i feel a lot of self hatred for what i did

you know there is something called post coital depression? It may not be psychological - it can be chemical - don't forget you have a bunch of endorphins (like opiates) floating around during and after sex. It makes alot of people sleepy or blissed out - some get depressed.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
