Okay you might think this belongs Teenage part but all the teens in there are yonge and I have never got any help of advice form them...
so this is my deal. I doing Full time school and I work 3 days on two days off a week all eveing shifts. I can't handle both though it just to much for me it overwelling! This has happen in the past too. with jobs and school.. I don't want to drop out of school by any means and I know I can't not have a job. I am not asking what I am I to do only I can fuiger that out..but Do you think this very esayle overwelled maybe realted to bipolar or is it just a me-me thing?

Can you discuss it with your School Counselor to try to work out your options?

Sometimes others can help us work through these things a little better.

It could be related. I know when I'm feeling low I have trouble making decisions and I get overwhelmed very easily.

I have talked with my school counselor..I aready have done alot to stay in school I am in a smaller school with less people all 18+ I told my counselor that I was bipolar and that things have been really bad lately..As it is now I havent gone for two weeks.. I was doing good in my classes and I know I could get back to good but I cant do two at once and a cant do mail in school cuz I need to be in full time to get my famliys health care! Ah

in my experience added stress exacerbates depression problems...so if you could figure out some stress relieving thing that might help

Anything that bothers or stresses you, can mess with the bp. Stress is a universal trigger.

when I'm stressed I can be overwhelmed its a trigger for me.. work with your school counselor to gain control over what you can.. good luck :)

I had this problem in high school and in college. When I was in college I did some research and found out that there is a definite link between an increase of "symptoms" and deadlines.
Time crunching is not good for beepers. I checked this out by asking the U for disability accomodations. Sure enough, when I was given extra time to take an exam, and a quiet/private space to take it in, I did way better.
By law a college or university must accomodate a "mental disability". I don't know if that is true for high school students, but you can find out by asking.

Is there someone employed at your School that you could talk over your concerns with ?

Most educational establishments in the UK have someone to address this type of issue with, so that they can give practical help.
