Hi everyone. Just wanted to say hi and tell you a little bit about me since I am new to this group. I have been diagnosed with panic disorder,agoraphobia, depression and mood disorder nos. I could not find a group for just mood disorder nos so i joined this group. I have struggled for almost 21 years now. It started out with my pc doctor trying me on several different anti depressants. None of them seem to work very well. I have also been on xanax and atvin in the past. I am currently on cymbalta 60mg in the morning and xanax .5mg twice a day. I have been on cymbalta for three weeks now so i have noticed some improvement but not much. I have lived a hard life. As a child I was physically abuse my father and molested by my step father. As the years went on I guess I blocked everything out. I am 43 years old. I am happily married to my husband of 2 1/2 years. I have been married two other times. They both were bad marriages. I have three beautiful children. A daughter who is 22 and twin boys that are 20. I work as a 911 communication officer. Very very stressful job. I have been on medical leave now for 10 weeks because of my condition. My job has brought out a lot of my anxieties. Work has spoke with me and told me they are probably going to let me go after my fmla is up July 27th. My husband works also but I make more than him and i also have the insurance. I do have a long term disablity that will pay me for two years if they let me go and also pay for my insurance. I am so grateful for that. If they decide they are not going to get rid of me I am not sure what is going to happen because there are not many jobs out there and it is obvious to me that i cant go back there. Anyways sorry this might be a little long but I wanted to introduce myself to the group.
