Bipolar Disorder Support Group

This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Also when I waste an entire day doing nothing.
I am ashamed of being unable to de-You Tube my replies
also when someone gives me espresso/energy drink/coffee/chocolate and sits back, relaxes and enjoys the results. i'd say that counts as cruel and unusual punishment - my caffeine tolerance is 0!
For the fun of it and the thrill of it...
Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!! That's worded so perfectly, mush!!!!!!!
I'm ashamed of not learning sign language. It isn't necessary to use it to communicate with my son, but there are times when it would make things easier.
I'm ashamed of sometimes limiting the amount of time I spend with my mother, but I'm a nervous wreck when I'm with her.
I'm ashamed of my personal hygiene. I don't stink (or so I like to believe) and I'm okay if you don't look too close, but I took much better care of myself before I became Bipolar. If I'm rushed in the morning, I skip brushing my teeth. When I do that, I usually don't get around to brushing them at all that day. (Which is really bad, because as it turns out, good oral hygiene is important to prevent Cardiovascular Disease, Bacterial Pneumonia, and a few other things, as well!)
"It's not what you think! I was uh...."
