These song lyrics are exactly how I feel right now. The love of my life broke up with me almost a month ago. We still live together b/c we signed a lease. There is a new girl he likes and I just found out she was in my house tonight. He has been hanging out with her a lot recently.

You need someone who can meet your needs. Apparently he couldn't. Would you really want to remain in ongoing pain...struggling to make something work that won't?

Have a conversation with him about boundaries until your lease is up. NO new aquaintances in the house would be my first. He has the right but I feel it is being very inconsiderate to either of you emotionally. He knows how you struggle and his actions are clearly inconsiderate.
Take care of you and make your emotions number one. If he insists on keeping this up, I would definately move out, lease or not. xo
