After ten years of being stable, I don't have my reg dosage of seroqeul and am having some issues with voices again, i haven't had a consistent doctor snce I moved to Texas, and now I'm having old issues pop up again, I'm going t the drs tommorow, but really could use some advice on how to deal with the paranoia and feeling like everyone thinks I'm crazy and against me, I hate that these voices have returned, m feeling s stressed out, I feel like my own husband has given up on me already, how do you go on when you have these feelings, when the one who swears to protect you turns on you? I feel like I'm in his way and I'm damaged goods to him. Is there anyone else who has dealt with this, cuz I really need some positive encouragement. Thx for letting me vent here, god bless!

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. So many bad things have happened since my mom passed. One thing after another it seems. Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up. Thank...
I always try to look for evidence of what the voices suggest... The voices tell very compelling lies and speak with authority when then don't have authority really.
Talk back to them.... And How do you know that to be true?
Keep looking for the hard facts I bet you don't find any....
Take good care of yourself, drink enough water, eat regularly, sleep if it can.....
Hope you get to the Dr's tomorrow and get your meds. That should fix it.
For now, just lay low, don't do anything stressful, and if you can try to listen to the voices and see what parting words they have for you as you soon won't be hearing them for a while.
