how much extra money can you make on SSD or is it cifferent with everyone. I heard around $900 but I don't want to jepordize my SSD cause I know I wont be able to work for long just while I am up.

SSID is based on what you have paid into Social Security. It is different for everyone. Any other income you receive is deducted from your benifit amount. If you were entitled to $900 a month and you already got $600 a month from another source you would get $300 a month. I knopw people who get as little as $300 and as much as $1500. Go to www.socialsecurity.gov and click on disability.

IGET A FULL SSD CHECKAND THEYSAID I COULD EARN MORE WITHOUT EFFECTING IT i AM WONDERING HOW TO FIND OUT OR IF ANYONE ELSE EARNS EXTRA INCOME AOVE SSD OTHER THAN UNDER THE TABLE

I'm still on temp disability, whether it becomes permanent or not I don't know yet. I get about 350/mo

I looked it up. You can earn $65.00 a month on SSDI. After that for every $2 you make (on work incentive) $1 is subtracted from your check. This is the Back to work program to get you back working. Any other "earned" income will be subtracted.

This only applies to Disability income under retirement age. SSI is a very different program for low income.

If you die 3 weeks after you get your check they will come after your estate for the extra week you used while living!
