Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
So I keep my energy up but don't necessarily fill up a great deal.
Not really. I do graze most of the day. It's hard to get all those fruits and veggies in.
I have a large apple = 2 servings for breakfast
A salad with mixed veg for lunch = 2 servings
For dinner - 2 servings of veg
Snack - fruit with cottage cheese
During the week I eat better. I have a fried egg sandwich around 9am every morning. Something for lunch around 1. Usually leftovers from dinner, a salad or I buy frozen vegies and will eat those.
Dinner I eat the protein and vegies, I don't eat carby sides.
snacks are usually string cheese, cheese or jerky.
