I've been jobless for over a year,I can't get a doctor,I I've got a brain tumor,thyroid tumors,tumors on my liver,constant dizziness,ringing in my ear,deaf in the left side,two slip disc,a cage in my kneck,and two ripped disc in my knees.And they told my I don't quilify for social security.question?Would that give me Bi-Polar.I"m more mad than happy most of the time.I need a Doctor.

Given the history you relate, perhaps visit or call up past doctors, and ask if they will sign the appropriate forms to confirm your disability.
The way it works is:
Talk to your doc. (prolly no need for an appointment, or perhaps just a brief one). I talked to mine in a 15 minute visit, asked him if he'd back me up. He said he would. I just got a job 4 weeks ago, so did not pursue the claim, and it simply expired for my not following it through.
Get a doc to agree to sign for you.
Apply.
Get declined.
get a Lawyer.
Get approved.
When you get approved, you will get back pay from the time you first applied. The lawyer will take a cut, and you're set.
The lawyer will generally do appeals, etc., until you get approved. If they can't get you approved, they do not collect their legal fees. I was advised by my pdoc to avoid the TV ones as they take a bigger cut than most of the local ones.

Lots of stress can tip you over into having Bipolar Disorder -- or it could just pop out on its own -- but you need to see a psychiatrist to get a diagnosis.
Even if you don't need a psychiatrist, you surely need other kinds of doctors.
Go to needymeds.org and see if there's any free or sliding scale clinics in your area. If you are on meds, look to see if you can get financial help with them too, while you're there.
Who is the 'they' who told you you don't qualify for SSDI (Disability Insurance)?
The Social Security office? If you applied and were denied, appeal.
They deny the majority of people who apply, at first. Think of the millions that saves them, when people don't take it any further and just give up.
Go look at ALLSUP.com . I was denied and then turned to them. They have a 98% success rate.
If you call them and explain your situation and they offer to take your case, that means there's a pretty good chance that you qualify and will eventually be approved.
ALLSUP is not going to bother taking on cases they don't think they can win.
You pay them nothing unless and until you get approved and receive your backpay. Then they take 25% of that. All that you get after that is totally yours.
You don't have to USE ALLSUP if you don't want to, but I sure was happy with my experience with them!!

And I hope that all those serious conditions you have are more than enough to get your approved for SSDI and that Bipolar Disorder doesn't have to be added to the mix.
