I am consumed with rage. It happens very rarely, only when I feel helpless and someone has hurt or tried to hurt me or someone I love. My mind can't stop focusing on the rage I feel. The current situation is somewhat trivial, definitely not worth the violent kinds of feelings I am experiencing. I would appreciate any ideas regarding how to calm down my mind and emotions.
Once inside the rage , it was controlling me.

so I'd say the trip is like others...a puzzle that you need to work out for yourself.
It really is that strange yet oddly interesting.
Nowadays I let things pass or diffuse it by reminding myself that Anger is an energy that I'd rather not call upon till it really matters.
i.e Racist or other abuse is worse than a family member temporary riling me.
