How did yesterday go?

My plans were completely thrown off! I destroyed the tire on my car by hitting a pothole. And, after the dental work I was out of it for the rest of the day/eve. We did have a thunderstorm so I wouldn't have gone to the pool anyhow, but I did have to cancel a client and forego a visit to the hospital to see Father in law.

Glad I had an audio book to keep from getting bored and down!

But, yesterday is history. Feeling good today!

Y'day turned out to be a better day than I thought it was going to be. My morning appts with my pdoc and t went quite well, and I had lots of distractions. Come evening I ran out of distractions and depression started to take back over, but overall, the day was not near as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I cleaned and organized at home like I set out to do. But I didn't get much exercise. I need it. Depression blocks me from exercise, even though I know it would be good for me once I get started...

Yesterday I had lunch with my daughter and grand daughters and then went for frozen yogart. We had fun. Still fussing over this weight gain. I am going to stop taking the damn Seroquel if it doesn't even out.

Yesterday was the same as every other day, spent it at the library hiding out from the heat outside. It's all I ever do. There is nothing good about my life, I don't do anything interesting or fun. Never have.

Must be glad tire week I had one as well! I'm up against a lot of deadlines but instead of feeling anxious I feel bored!

I have to work on my typing! Sounds like fun huh?

Yesterday I went to work and it went well. I came home and felt like turning around and going back to work. Things are ok though.
I go to work tomorrow so that will be good. Thanks for writing this post!

I so admire all you people who can remember what happened yesterday!!!!!

I have to hunt around and search for clues that remind me of what I did!!!
Just 'reflecting' back usually results in my drawing a blank!!!
