I try to explain this to my Pdoc but he don't really elaborate on it very well, he is just like its part of being bipolar. I just want more information about this kind of episodes my mother tends to think I think to much she said that BPers think more than the regular person, so maybe I am just trying to reference stuff that I shouldnt. etc..

Dude, BPers think way more than most people. Our brains our so active that sometimes we can't help but think, well shit that sounds like they're talking about me. It's because we think so much and tend to have paranoid thoughts, so we tend to go kind of... well paranoid.

Thing is, I'm pretty convinced I'm being watched by some government agency or maybe several. I do have certani reasons to think so, though... but see? It's a normal thing for us to have. Delusions and shit; all part of BP.

I take serequel latley I just lay around and think and my body feels limp lol.. I am sure I need different meds, but I am unemployed and trying to get on SSDI , so times are rough right now.
