Oh, how I hate that dark, looming feeling...ugh. I got a good start to the day. Put a pot roast in the slow cooker, turned the dishwasher on, and so far I'm good. I hope you feel better soon.

I live in an apartment, and when my neighbors cook a full meal I can smell it lol I wonder what they're cooking today it smells good...maybe i'm really smelling your pot roast..hah

So far I haven't amounted to much except taking the dogs out for a walk and filling the dishwasher. Am planning to take the dogs snowshoeing pretty soon, we have plenty of snow here! Hope you all have a great day.

Fighting a major dperessive battle is hard but I need to hide staying in ned all day like I do every other day of the week from the family. So today I slept in till noon then I won't go back to bed to the rest of the day . I think I will clean the house or maybe fight myself to go outsife and work for a little. Anything to keep me busy

I am unwell today. Trying not to give my serenity to any one or any thing though but it's a fight to accomplish this.

not doing too good...in spite of it being fairly warm and very sunny out. my head hurts like mad and i'm very depressed...keep wanting to cry, but not able to.

Seen better days, depression is getting the better of me, my sister who has MS is giving me money to help pay some of the medical bills. feeling extremely guilty, cant seem to just be happy she is willing to help. Nothing I can do to repay her other then give her as many of my cds as she wants. I have massive collection and we both like the same music. I hope she takes them all so I don't feel so crappy. Other then that did some laundry and walked around aimlessly for an hour til settling on stairing at the computer.

Today was a good productive day. Met an Italian counterpart she was so sweet. For the past month I was down and kept complaining to my docs and they checked my blood levels and my thyroid levels are acting up and I am vitamin D deficient. I kept telling them something was wrong. I live in the Pacific NW and we need sun in a bad way.
